The global ranking website company, Forbes is out with the 2022 edition of the world’s wealthiest people compiled — with people from the United States dominating the first 10 on the list.
With the world richest people list being out, the breakdown shows that — eight (8) out of the ten (10) from Forbes World’s billionaire list are from the United States (U.S), of which we had one richest from France and the other person from India.
This really proves that, when we talking about some of the richest countries in the world, you can mention United States of America (USA), France and India as part.
Many countries have been increasing in productivity to be part of the world’s richest countries, but America still leads the world’s richest country with the 735 billionaires worth a collective 4.7 trillion, with some rich personalities such as Elon Musk — topping the World’s Billionaires list for the first time.
The Forbes’ 36th-annual ranking also has brought to us that, the most dramatic drops have occurred in Russia, where there are 34 fewer billionaires than last year following Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine, and China, where a government crackdown on tech companies has led to 87 fewer Chinese billionaires on the list today.
With revolution, the 2022 list of richest people in the world has brought to us more than 1,000 billionaires — as compared to a data given to us in the previous year.
Due to the increase in the share price of Tesla (where he currently owns 17% of the company) — with Tesla shares rising nearly 50% in 2021, Elon Musk, the founder and CEO of Tesla Inc. (TSLA) who becomes the richest person in the world saw his net worth surge in 2021.
