•500g Skinless Oxtail
• 2 Tablespoon Oil
• 1 Medium Paprika Pepper
• 1 Medium Onion (Chopped)
• 1 Clove Garlic
• 2 Small Yellow Pepper
• 1 ½ tablespoon pepper soup spice
• 3 Stock cubes
• 1 ½ tablespoon salt

Method
Wash the oxtail meat and place in a large saucepan
You will need to wash the oxtail meat and put the cleaned oxtail meat in a bowl, season with some salt and stock cubes then prepare to sear the meat to seal in the flavor.
After that, gently pour a little bit of cooking oil in a frying pan, making it hot and you add the seasoned oxtail one after the other to continue to sear on each side on medium-high meat. Our reason is to brown the meat and also seal in the seasoning that was added in the initial step.
