- Install and Open the Ghana Trade Hub App on your smartphone
- Tap on Duty Calculator
- At the top of the opened page, make sure you select the GENERAL GOODS tab
- Fill the forms by following the guide below
- Enter HS Code. HS Code is a six digits code that represents a type of product when it is shipping overseas.
- Enter your insurance cost
- Select your preferred currency
- Enter your freight cost
- Enter product value
- Enter Ancillary charges
- Enter ExWorks
- Tap on CALCULATE button to calculate the duty on your Goods
How to Calculate Duty on Used Vehicles using Ghana Trade Hub App
- Install and Open the Ghana Trade Hub App on your smartphone
- Tap on Duty Calculator
- At the top of the opened page, make sure you select the USED VEHICLES tab.
- Fill the forms by following the guide below
- Select the Make of the Car. The make of the car, in this case, is the name of the company that made the car such as Toyota, BMW, Benz etc.
- Select the Model of the Car. This is the actual name of the specific car, such EcoSport, RAV etc.
- Select year the vehicle was made. Eg; 2004.
- Tap of Find. A list of cars that match your input will display. Make sure you select the right vehicle.
- Tap on View Duty to see the calculated duty of your car.
