Bostin Loyd Cause Of Death: How did Bostin Loyd die? Bostin Loyd, a 29-year-old bodybuilder, died on February 25. Generation Iron broke the news of his death, stating that Loyd had collapsed at his home in Springhill, Florida. He was later taken to a nearby hospital and pronounced dead.
According to Fitness Volts, Loyd passed out after going to the gym. He was taken to the hospital, where C.P.R. was used to try to revive him. The cause of death has not yet been determined.
Loyd’s fiancée Ariella Palumbo and their son Jaxtin survive him. The couple was reportedly trying for a second child in December of last year.

Bostin Loyd allegedly had a heart attack. Other underlying issues could have caused myocardial infarction given his prior health complications.
Throughout his career, the 29-year-old bodybuilder held controversial views on steroids and was open to his own use of biologically active chemicals. Loyd was one of the first competitive bodybuilders to reveal their steroid cycle combined with exercise to achieve such a physique.
Bostin Loyd experienced kidney failure after taking a steroid known as a peptide. The bodybuilder was diagnosed with stage five kidney failure in October 2020.
He previously stated that he had been treated with recovery peptides, Gluthithione, and stem cell therapy, but that his advanced condition had not improved significantly. He was also being considered for dialysis.
Loyd took to Facebook two days before his death, writing:
“I take it day by day. My numbers continue to get worse. I have good days and I have bad days (mostly good). Believe it or not I feel better now than when I first got diagnosed even though my bloodwork numbers continue to get worse.”
