USING THE GTBANK INTERNET BANKING PLATFORM
Follow the steps below to pay your SSNIT contribution using the GTBank internet banking platform.
- Log on to your GTBank Internet Banking platform.
- Go to Payments under menu.
- Select SSNIT payments.
- Enter the 16 digit payment advice and verify.
- Enter the amount and submit.
VISITING ONE OF THE SSNIT OFFICES NEAR YOU
Away from using the internet banking platform to pay your SSNIT contribution in Ghana, one can also choose the option of visiting any SSNIT office to perform the task.
Basically, the principal thing to be done is to visit the SSNIT offices and opening a Pension Savings Account’ in your name at any SSNIT offices which are closer to where you are or in your municipality. Subsequent to recognizing yourself to the administrator, you will be given a certain form to fill, and attach all the necessary documents including a current identification photo, sign and present the form to the SSNIT official at the counter.
The Pension record will be opened and a saving account number and SSNIT card will be given over to you. You might be able to change the employer and work place however the personal records will stay with you for the rest of your life time.
